Package locations and contents
- The locations of four resistance packages - based on clues from the punchcards, encrypted messages, and number pairs
- camera 3 and camera 4 are still unrecovered, or unreported.
Clue 1
"The resistance device is near the surface of the ground at a park in Granada Hills, CA at the following coordinates: 34.261553 -118.496448"
- vpisteve was able to get to the location and retrieve a package
- From his picture set here:
Clue 2
"The resistance device is being held in a corner newstand and grocery store, at 52 Canal St., New York, NY. Ask Lily for the resistance package"
- This package was reportedly picked up by a person named "Bill", whose whereabouts at the moment are unknown, and no report of this package has yet been found.
- Update: The Facebook member Zoltan Gerts posted in the Cyberdyne facebook group a man calling himself Bill intercepted him and gave him the package. He also posted a photo of the package to the group.
- This is so bizarre that I don't even know where to start. Today as I am leaving work I get stopped in the lobby by a tall hooded man wearing a skiing mask and some kinda goggles that completely cover his face. I am admittedly a little freaked out but there is something about his voice that tells me that he is not some average bum asking for change. He seems to be be in a rush because he is talking very fast. He tells me that he is an associate of my father (whom I have not heard from in over a decade) and that he has a package that I must keep safe no matter what happens. He then mumbles something about a "rogue resistance cell" and something about preventing someone from "compromising the integrity of the code" which doesn't make any sense to me.
- I figure I would post about it here because I suspect that my previous post here is somehow connected to this Bill finding me so soon after unless it's some kinda weird coincidence...
- Anyway the package is a brown paper bag. Inside the bag there is a thermostat. I unscrew the thermostat and within I find what looks to be a broken canon powershot S100 digital camera, a USB cable, and a charger. There is also an all in one whistle/compass/thermometer thing. Finally there is also a note with the following instruction:
- Face North.
- Take a photograph.
- Contact Enitech Research. '
- Does this make any sense to anyone here? Who is Bill? How does he know my father? What is Enitech Research and how do I contact them?
- Please help.
Clue 3
"The resistance device is beneath the surface of the ground at the following coordinates: 28.683445 -81.396604"
- unrecovered
- google maps location
- Near a baseball park, in Orland, FL
Clue 4
"The resistance device is beneath the surface of the ground at the following coordinates: 30.474281 -97.985428"
- unrecovered
- google maps location
- Lago Vista, by Austin, TX
- January 29 - RoseKitty retrieves the resistance package, takes a north-facing photo with the camera, and submits it to Enitech. Photos of the drop are on her flickr.
- Package contents are identical to Zoltan's (and Steve's, but with the addition of the instructional note)
